Horny Toad Harley-Davidson and Fort Hood Harley-Davidson represent dreams come true for new owners George Lee and Willy Sullivan.
Willy and George combine over 50 years of automotive experience and expertise. Willy was the operator of the largest Toyota dealership in three southern states based in Plano Texas. George operated Porsche and Volvo in San Antonio. As members of the same dealership group, they watched each others successes for 14 years. Not only did they come to know each other personally but they gained a healthy respect for each others business acumen. Their dedication to excellence is evident in their customer satisfaction ratings. “Customers first and foremost will be the driving force behind our business” says Willy. “We are fortunate to represent a brand with an almost cult-like following” says George. “These customers are amongst the most loyal customers of any brand world wide. If you take care of them they will continue to beat a path to your door year after year.” In addition George and Willy recognize the tremendous value in building a great team of employees. “The employees are the face of our business,” says Willy. “We will embrace our employees in the same fashion we do our customers. When you have a real genuine care and concern for both, the benefits to all grow exponentially.”
“We anticipate explosive growth. In our first month in business we have already experienced a bike sales growth greater than 100%,” says George. “We plan for our growth to be a healthy sustainable growth that makes no compromises when it comes to delivering high levels of services to our customers. We are a can do and will do company.”
In addition the duo feels extraordinarily fortunate to be embraced by their local H.O.G. chapters. Support from H.O.G. members is a vital part of the Harley-Davidson experience and is greatly recognized. In addition the cities leaders have been very supportive. “Right now we feel like the luckiest guys on the planet,” says George. “We are committed not only to becoming one of the best Harley-Davidson dealerships in the country, but also to becoming good stewards to our communities as well.” “We also look forward to embracing America’s finest; our military,” says Willy. “Although we have many customers from all walks of life at our Fort Hood location, we know that the majority of the areas population is military or related. George and I have talked a lot and we both are committed to delivering to our military customers an experience that will let them know that we sincerely value their service to our country. I don’t believe anyone will see Patriotism running any deeper than it will at Fort Hood Harley-Davidson.”
The work ahead is important work. We trust that our dedication to customers, our employees, and our new communities will reward everyone. We also recognize that we have an extraordinary opportunity and intend to deliver. As far as we are concerned there are no other options. We thank you for being our customers, friends, and neighbors. Our doors are open and we welcome you all.
Sincerely
Willy and G
